OCT 03, 2011 (ST LOUIS) -- Instead of riding, these spin enthusiasts go the distance in also raising money for the 2d annual Pedal the Cause in downtown St. Louis. The ride had 1,300 riders and has raised over $1.25 million in donations to funder cancer research at Washington University, Barnes Jewish Medical Center and the St Louis Children's Hospital. All proceeds raised during the ride stay in St Louis.
